Kebab refers to a variety of dishes that consist of pieces of meat, fish, or vegetables cooked on a skewer or spit. Originating from the Middle East, the term "kebab" encompasses a wide range of preparations and cooking styles, including grilling, baking, or even braising.

Well, basicaly kebab is a food from middle east, it's a meat or veggies that cooked on a skewer.

There is many variety of kebab, and of them was Doner Kebab.
